摘要
目的 探讨口腔颌面部间隙感染患者血清免疫球蛋白水平 ,以及用于指导临床治疗的可行性。方法 利用免疫比浊法对 196例颌面部间隙感染患者治疗前和用不同方法治疗后血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平进行检测。随机分为治疗组及对照组 ,对照组常规应用抗生素治疗 ,治疗组根据血清IgG、IgA、IgM检测结果对患者应用抗生素并辅以免疫制剂治疗。结果 治疗前多数患者血清IgG、IgM偏高 ,且轻、重型患者之间血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组 ,2组在体温下降、炎症消退、住院时间等方面有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 血清免疫球蛋白可作为判断口腔颌面部感染发生、发展及预后的客观指标。免疫制剂是治疗口腔颌面部感染的有效方法。
Objective To explore the determination of immunoglobulin level in oral maxillofacial region of infection so as to instruct the clinical treatment.Methods The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the serum of 196 cases of infection of maxillofacial area were determined before and after the treatment through immunologic turbidimetry.Then the contrast group was treated with routione application of antibiotics and the treatment group was treated with both antibiotics and immunologic drugs.Results The levels of IgG and IgM were found higher before operation,and there existed significant differences in the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in slight and severe casesc(P<0.01).There were also significant differences in reduction of body temperature,imflammation removal and hospitalization time between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion The level of immunoglobulin can be used to diagnose the infection of maxillofacial region,to monitor its development and prognosis.Combined uses of routine therapy and immunotherapy can produce good curative effects.
