摘要
采用微波湿法技术,常压下进行缩合和酯化反应,合成了Meso 四(对羟基苯基)卟啉[T(4 HP)P]和它的酯化物.该方法具有反应迅速,产物分离简便等特点.同时也发现用苯 丙酸极性混合溶剂作反应介质有利于缩合和酯化反应的进行.
In this work, meso-tera-(p-hydroxyl phenyl) porphyrin [T(4-HP)P] and it's esterified derivative have been synthesized with microwave irradiation in wet media under ordinary pressure. The reactions are rapidly completed with microwave irradiation and the products are easily separated. We also find that the polarized mixed solvent (benzenepropanoic acid,(7030 (V/V)) is helpful to the reactions.
