摘要
在英、美等国,自白的价值包括外在价值和内在价值。自白的外在价值主要体现为对他人、社会的一种功能性价值,具有工具性;而自白的内在价值则主要是自白的一种精神价值。自白的外在价值与内在价值构成了自白二元价值的完整体系,两者相互依存,缺一不可。
In countries like the U. S. and the U. K., the value of confession includes external and internal value. The external value is embodied in its function on the others and the society ,and is thus instrumental; whereas the internal value means the spiritual side. The two constitutes an integrated system of the dualistic value of confession and they are closely interrelated.
