摘要
通过对建设用地勘测定界工作的大量实践,深深认识到土地面积的准确测量对于城市规划、地籍管理及土地权属单位合法使用土地具有十分重要的意义。利用全站仪设置的面积测量功能,对某一地块进行实地面积测量,能够快速准确地测定地块面积,极大地提高了工作效率。但是由于地块形状复杂多样,在采用全站仪进行面积测量的过程中,应根据地块的不同形状采用不同的设站方法准确测定土地面积。
An exact measurement of land area is essential to urban planning, cadastral survey manual as well as lawful use of land by authorized unit. But because of trickiness of land shape, different station settings should be adopted according to different shapes of land blocks for exact measurement of land area during surveying. If the area measurement function of total stations is used, can speed up the area measurement and greatly raise the measurement efficiency.
