摘要
从HRB系列的7种生物破乳剂中选出了对纯梁含水原油脱水效果最好的生物破乳剂HRB 4。HRB 4为含微生物细胞体≥10%、密度0.95~1.0g/cm3的悬浮液,加量为100mg/L时对纯梁首站、纯西站、正理庄站含水原油的90min脱水率分别为99.0%(55℃)、95.0%(50℃)、91.1%(50℃),均高于相同加量的现用油溶性化学破乳剂BSH 06的脱水率,而且脱出污水的含油量降低27%~49%。加量为80、90、200mg/L时,较难脱水的正理庄原油55℃、90min脱水率分别为69.4%、89.3%、95.2%。在日处理液量2×103m3、日输油800t、输油温度50℃、使用BSH 06破乳的正理庄输油站进行了为期21天的HRB 4应用试验,HRB 4在加热炉前加入,分阶段将加量从120mg/L降至100mg/L再降至87.5mg/L,分离出的原油含水维持在1.5%左右,输油管线回压由0.5MPa降至0.4MPa,分离出的污水含油平均由526mg/L降至170mg/L。HRB 4已在纯梁采油厂各站普遍应用,HRB系列生物破乳剂已推广至胜利油田其他采油厂。讨论了破乳机理。图3表5参3。
Biodemulsifier HRB-4 is selected for dehydrating watery crude oils of Chunliang, Shengli, from 7 biological reagents of HRB series. HRB-4 is an aqueous suspension containing ≥10% bacterial cells and of density 0.95—1.0 g/cm^3. For watery mixed crude oils of head station (at 55℃), Chunxi station (at 50℃), and Zhenglizhuang station (at 50℃) of Chunliang gathering/treating/transporting system, 90 min dehydrating rates of 99.0%, 95.0%, and 91.1% are reached, respectively, with HRB-4 of dosage 100 mg/L, being higher than that with the same dosage of oil-soluble chemical demulsifier BSH-06, and the oil content in separated waters is reduced by 27—49%. For hard handling Zhenglizhuang crude oil, in particular, the dehydrating rate at 55℃ in 90 min is of 69.4%, 89.3%, and 95.2% with HRB-4 of dosage 80,90, and 200 mg/L, respectively. A field trial on HRB-4 in 21 days is conducted at Zhenglizhuang station where 2×10~3 m^3 of produced fluids is treated by BSH-06 and 800 t of crude oil is separated and transported at 50℃ per day. With HRB-4 introduced instead into the fluids before heating in dosage stepwise decreased from 120 to 100 and to 87.5% mg/L, the water cut of the crude separated is kept pa. 1.5%, the oil content of the wastewater separated is reduced from 526 to 170 mg/L in average and the back pressure in oil transporting pipeline is reduced from 0.5 to 0.4 MPa. At present HRB-4 has been put into use in Chunliang and HRB series biodemulsifiers?—?in other oil production factories of Shengli. The dehydrating mechanisms by bacterial cells are discussed.
