摘要
目的 :探讨康莱特注射液 (KLT)加放疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的疗效及其对毒副反应和生活质量的影响。方法 :收治Ⅲ、ⅣA期鼻咽癌患者 6 2例。分为综合组 (KLT联合放疗组 )与单放组 ,各组 31例。对两组的疗效和副反应予以观察对比。结果 :综合组和单放组的总有效率分别为 93 6 %和 83 9% ,两组差别无显著意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;两组生活质量提高率分别为 71 0 %和 19 4 % ,差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;主要毒副反应的发生率综合组均明显低于单放组 ,两组相比差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :康莱特注射液加放疗能减轻晚期鼻咽癌患者放疗的毒副反应并能提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect,side effect and the influence to living quality of KLT plus radiotherapy in patients with advanced NPC.Methods Sixty two cases of stageⅢ,Ⅳ advanced NPC were selected and treated.Combining group (KLT plus radiotherapy group)and radiotherapy group were designed,and each group was 31 cases.The therapeutic effects and side effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rates were 93 6%(in combining group)and 83 9%(in radiotherapy group)respectively,there was no significant difference statistically, P >0 05.The increase rates of living quality were 71 0% and 19 4%,being significant difference statistically, P <0 05.The rate of main side effects of the combining group was lower than that of the radiotherapy group apparently,being significant difference statistically, P <0 05.Conclusions KLT plus radiotherapy can decrease the side effects of radiotherapy in treatment of patients with advanced NPC.and improve the living quality.
