摘要
目的:研究退翳眼液对兔角膜瘢痕的疗效,并与乙基吗啡眼液治疗角膜瘢痕的效果进行比较研究。方法:制作角膜瘢痕的动物模型,随机数字表法分为退翳眼液组和乙基吗啡眼液组,每组右眼为治疗组,左眼为对照组。分别观察两治疗组及对照组1,2个月后角膜瘢痕的治疗效果,并结合病理学和电镜结构变化。结果:退翳眼液明显优于乙基吗啡眼液。①两治疗组在同一时间内治疗眼角膜瘢痕面积比较差异有显著性意义(F=520.285,P<0.05)。②同一时间退翳眼液治疗组与对照组角膜瘢痕面积减少率比较差异有显著性意义(t=55.895,P<0.05)。③退翳眼液治疗组不同治疗时间角膜瘢痕减少率比较差异有显著性意义(F=72.884,P<0.05),治疗时间越长,效果越好。组织病理学显示退翳眼液治疗组角膜基质层细胞和胶原纤维排列较乙基吗啡眼液治疗组规则。角膜瘢痕厚度较对照组、乙基吗啡眼液治疗组明显减小。电镜观察:退翳眼液治疗组眼,细胞数少,体积小,胞浆不多,胶原原纤维直径及间距一致,所形成膜板互相成一定角度,乙基吗啡眼液组胶原原纤维粗细及间距不等,排列紊乱,失去正常的膜板结构。结论:退翳眼液能有效抑制胶原形成细胞的增殖及胶原的合成,是一种有效的治疗角膜瘢痕的药物。
AIM:To study the effect of tuiyi eyedrops on corneal scar in rabbits,and then compare it with the effect of ethylmorphine eyedrops in the treatment of corneal scar.METHODS:After the models of rabbit corneal scar was made,the rabbits were rand omly divided into two groups: tuiyi eyedrops group(tuiyi group)and ethylmorphine eyedrops group(ethylmorphine group),the right eyes were as the trial group,and the left eyes were as controls in both groups.The therapeutic efficacy of the tr ial and control groups 1 and 2 months after treatment were assessed by combining the histopathological changes with electron microscopic changes respectively. RESULTS:The effect of tuiyi eyedrops was more obvious than that of ethylmorphi ne eyedrops. ①There was significant difference in the area of corneal scar betw een the two trial groups at the same time after treatment(F=520.285,P< 0.05).②A t the same time after treatment,the decreasing rate of area of corneal scar was significantly different between the trial and control groups of tuiyi group(t=55 .895,P< 0.05).③At different time after treatment,the decreasing rate of area of corneal scar also was significantly different between the trial and control gro ups of tuiyi group.The longer the time of treatment was,the better the effect wa s.From the histophathological view, the corneal matrix cells and collagen fibers of tuiyi group arranged more orderly than that of trial group of ethylmorphine group.The scars thickness of tuiyi group reduced more obviously than that of eth ylmorphine group and its control group.Under the electron microscope,a few cells ,small volume,and not much cytoplasm were found in the tuiyi group,even diameter and interspace of collagen fibers were found,in addition the fiberic floors dis tributed just in angulation.However,in the ethylmorphine group, the thick or thi n collagen fibers were completely accumulated in mess rather than normal membran aceous structure.
