摘要
目的研究分蘖葱头中甾体皂苷类化学成分。方法利用葡聚糖凝胶及硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化 ,通过理化常数测定及光谱分析鉴定了 4个化合物的结构。结果从分蘖葱头中分离得到 4个甾体皂苷类化合物 ,确定其结构分别为 (2 5S) 鲁斯可苷元 1 O α L 吡喃鼠李糖基 (1→2 ) α L 吡喃阿拉伯糖苷 (Ⅰ )、(2 5R) 鲁斯可苷元 1 O α L 吡喃鼠李糖基 (1→ 2 ) α L 吡喃阿拉伯糖苷 (Ⅱ )、(2 5R) 鲁斯可苷元 1 O α L 吡喃鼠李糖基 (1→ 2 ) β D 吡喃半乳糖苷 (Ⅲ )、(2 5S) 鲁斯可苷元 1 O α L 吡喃鼠李糖基 (1→ 2 ) β D 吡喃半乳糖苷 (Ⅳ )。 结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ均首次从该植物中分得。
Aim To study the chemical constituents from Allium cepa L.var agrogatum Don.Methods The compounds were separated by the chromatography methods,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis.Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as(25S)-ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabino pyranoside(Ⅰ),(25R)-ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(Ⅱ),(25R)-ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅲ) and (25S)-ruscogenin 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅳ).Conclusion Four compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
