摘要
目的 为了解决阴茎再造术后游离移植骨吸收和外露的问题。方法 以髂骨由旋髂浅血管供血为解剖学基础 ,设计髂腹骨沟骨皮瓣。结果 5例患者的手术效果良好 ,随访时间最长 10年 ,无一例明显骨吸收及外露。结论 阴茎再造的方法很多 ,而髂腹股沟骨皮瓣应用于阴茎再造 。
Objective To sum up the experiences of the clinical application of the groin bone flap in the reconstruction of penis. Methods The operations were done in five patients which suffered from congenital blodder extrophy (3 cases) and the carcinoma of penis (2 cases). The penis was reconstruction with groin bone flap that is pedicled by superficial circumflex ilium vessels. Results The flaps were all survival and the patients satisfied the shape and the functions after half a year follow-up. Conclusion The reconsfruction of penis with the groin fore flap is a simple and effective method.
