摘要
目的探讨脊髓肿瘤的手术方法和技巧。方法回顾性分析421例脊髓肿瘤(髓外264例,髓内157例)病人的手术入路、操作方法和手术疗效。结果肿瘤全切除率88.6%(髓外91.7%,髓内83.4%),神经功能保留率(改善+不变)91.0%(髓外96.6%,髓内81.5%)。结论对不同部位和不同病理类型肿瘤的切除要遵循不同的方法。
Objective To discussthesurgicalstrategyandtechniqueforspinalcordtumor.Methods Thesurgicalapproach,manipulationas wellas surgicalresultsof421casesof patientwithspinalcordtumorwereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Results Of allthetumors,88.6%were totally removed.91.0%of all patients had got neurological function improved or unchanged.Conclusion The surgical strategy and manipulation were made depended on the pathological nature and location of specific tumor.The principle of the operation is to remove the tumor as more as possible,meanwhileavoidingor minimizingthedamageof thespinalcord.
