摘要
目的 探讨近年来新开展采用自体足底皮移植修复眼睑缺损的护理方法及效果。方法 自体足底皮的取材制备与保存方法,足底皮移植修复眼睑缺损术前后护理。结果 手术前后恰当的护理措施,可促进手术的成功,效果满意。结论 采用自体足底皮来修复眼睑的形态和功能,使患者保留了美丽,从而提高了生活质量。
Objective To study the nursing method and the curative effect of blepharocoloboma reconstruction with
plantar dermis transplantation that was carried out in recent year. Methods The methods of preparation, selection and
preserving of autogenous plantar dermis were studied. The nursing of blepharocoloboma reconstruction was performed before
and after plantar dermis transplantation. Results Proper nursing before and after operation had prompted the success of the
operation. The effect of treatment was satisfactory. Conclusion Autogenous plantar dermis transplantation can restore the
form and function of eyelid, retain the beauty of the patients, and thus improve the life quality of patients.
