摘要
我院1986年12月～1988年4月收治PRL瘤11例,均为女性,年龄22～39岁。9例经手术证实为垂体细胞腺瘤并行术后放疗,2例单纯放疗。采用^(60)Co外照射,局部剂量4900～5300cGy,随访10～24个月。6例有压迫症状已改善,9例泌乳中7例已停止泌乳,11例继发性闭经中2例恢复正常并已怀孕。9例血PRL水平升高中7例降至正常。本文旨在分析PRL瘤的放疗以及手术、内分泌治疗的关系,认为开展综合治疗可能会提高疗效。
From December 1986 to April 1988,11 patients with pituitary prolaetinoma were admitted to authors' hospital. All were females. Age ranged from 22 to 39 yrs. Nine cases underwent surgical intervention combined with postoperative ra- diation. Two cases were treated by radiation alone and the dosage was 4900 and 5300 cGY. All patients in this series have been followed for 10-24 months. Intraeranial compression symptoms were relieved in 6 eases,and galaetorrhea ceased in 7. Two of 11 cases with secondary amenorrhea recovered to normal and got pregnant. The PRL level which was raised in 9 patients deelined to normal in 7. It is suggested that the combined treatment of radiotherapy, surgery and endocrine therapy may improve the prognosis.
