摘要
报告1例传染性软疣伴发表皮囊肿。患者男,71岁。鼻尖部出现一黄豆大红色丘疹4个月,无自觉症状。皮损组织病理检查显示真皮内见一囊肿,囊壁细胞内见嗜酸性圆形或椭圆形病毒包涵体,囊腔内的角质物网眼内亦见病毒包涵体。组织病理诊断为传染性软疣伴发表皮囊肿。
A case of molluscum contagiosum occurring in epidermal cyst is reported. The patient was a 71-year-old man presented with a red papule on his tip of nose for 4 months. Histopathologic examination suggested there was a cyst in the dermis. Acidophilic round or oval viral inclusion bodies were found in the cyst wall cells and keratinized meshes of cystic cavity. The patient was diagnosed as molluscum contagiosum associatet with epidermal cyst.
