摘要
本实验以荷S_(180)小鼠为观察对象,探讨六味地黄口服液抗肿瘤化疗药物ADM、DDP、VCR、CTX、5-FU毒副作用的疗效。结果表明:六味地黄口服液在化疗药物用药期间能明显的延长生存率,保护血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板功能,防止心、肝、肾功能的损害,保护NK细胞活性,T、B淋巴细胞转化功能的作用,与单纯化疗组对比均有显著性差异,P<0.01或P<0.05。实验研究证实,六味地黄口服液具有显著的抗肿瘤化疗药毒副作用的劝效,为临床用药提供了较客观的依据。并认为其作用可能与方中补肾固本结合了利尿散瘀的药物共同发挥药效有关。
Using tumor-bearing mice as experimental animals, the survival rate, hematopoietic, heart, liver, kidney and immunological functions as idexes, Liu Wei Rehmannia Oral Liquid against theside-effect of drugs of anti-tumor chemotherapy (ADM, CTX, DDP, VCR and 5FU) were observed.The results showed that the survival rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that incontrol, the survival days were highly different(P<0.01); the hemopoietic functions(HB, WBC, PL)in the treated group were higher also(P<0.05 & P<0.01); in the functions of heart, liver and kidneythe treated group could protect the above-mentioned three organs(P<0.01); in immune functions,the oral liquid could protect the NK and T-, B-Lymphocyte transformation, being inhibited by drugsof chemotherapy. In comparing with control group NK and T lymphocyte transformation were allSignificantly different(P<0.01 & P<0.05), while only 3 chemotherapy drugs were markedly different in B lvmohocvte trinsformation(P<0.05 & P<0.01). The discussi indicated that Liu Wei Rehman- nia Oral Liquid is effective in protecting the functions of hematopoiesis, immunity, heart, liver andkidney during chemotherapy, which provides an objective data for the clinical application.
