摘要
为探讨增龄对血清促黄体生成素(LH)生物活性的影响及补肾法的调节作用,分别采用放免法(RIA)和大鼠间质细胞睾酮测定法(RICT)作了48例不同年龄男性血清LH免疫测定和生物测定,发现与成年组(≤44岁)比较,增龄组(≥50岁)免疫测定值(I-LH)虽呈上升趋势,但生物测定值(B-LH)却呈下降趋势,B-LH/I-LH比值明显降低(P<0.01),表明男性血清LH生物活性随增龄下降,不再具备成年时相应的对性腺的刺激作用。服用补肾方葆春丸后,增龄组血清LH生物活性明显上升(P<0.05),血清睾酮(T)也显著升高(P<0.01),治疗后用药组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),表明补肾法具有多层次调节衰老性腺轴功能的作用。
There have been many research reports about changes of aging of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis, but no satisfactory explanation on the constancy or elevation of serum gonadotropin level in aging. However it is important in revealing the mechanism for aging gonadal axis of and its functionin regulating gonadal gland as well as the senility delaying process with therapy for replenishing theKidney. Serum luteinizing hormone (LH) of 48, men at various age was investigated with RatInterstitial Cell Testosteron Assay (RICT) and Radioimmunoassay (RIA) techniques. The serumlevel of RICT (B-LH) tended to decrease and the B-LH/I-LH ratio was significantly lower (P<0.01)than that in aged group (≥50 years old) in comparing with the young group (≤44 years old). Theresult suggested that the biological activity of LH decreased with age and the stimulative functionof pituitary to testes also diminished. With the recipe 'Bao Chun Pill'(葆春丸) in replenishing theKidney for 3 months, the biological activity was rkedly enhanced (P<0.05)the serum testosteron (T) was also escalated (P<0.01). Both of them in treated group wer higher than those in controlgroup (P<0.05). The study and our previous works showed that the therapy for raplenishing theKidney could improve the function of gonadal axis in aging subjects at all levels of hypothalamus,pituitary, gonad.
