摘要
为探讨滋阴补肾活血药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变机理,结合辨证自拟方药治疗23例45眼糖尿病视网膜病变患者。结果显示:治疗后血浆比粘度、胆固醇较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);不同闪光强度的视网膜电图的a、b波峰值时均较治疗前明显提前(P<0.01或0.05)。说明减低血浆比粘度,降低胆固醇,改变血液理化性质,改善眼部血液循环,加速出血吸收,从而减轻视网膜缺血,减轻血细胞分解产物对视网膜的损害,可能为滋阴补肾活血药治疗本病的重要机理之一。
23 cases including 45 eyes of diabetic retinopathy treated with nourishing Yin, tonifying Kidneyand blood-activating herbs were presented. The results showed that the serum viscosity and choles-terol were markedly decreased (P<0.01), and the implicit times of a-wave and b-wave in flashelectroretinogram (F-ERG) were significantly advanced than those of themselves before treatment(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). The visual acuity in most cases wns improved and the effectiverate was 64.44%. The therapeutical mechanism for diabetic retinopathy used by nourishing Yin,tonifyng Kidney and blood-activating herbs were discussed. The authors suggested that the Chinese herbs probably could change the chemical and physical properties of blood, promote the ocularcirculation and the absorption of sludged blood and decrease the retinal ischemia.
