摘要
针刺内关穴对心脏功能影响的研究屡有报道,但有关针刺大陵穴对心脏功能影响的研究文献却极少发现。我们在本项实验中以冠心病患者为对象,以左室收缩时间间期(STI)为客观指标。
The authors punctured Daling(PC 7)in 20patients with coronary heart disease and simutaneou-sly observed their HR,SYP,DIP,LVET,PEP,TICT,PEP/LVET,LVET/TICT,EF,FI.It wasfound that needling Daling can noticeably improvethe left heart function of patients with coronaryheart disease.Comparing the needling at Neiguan(PC6)in 20 patients,the effect of Daling on PEP,TICT,LVET/TICT,and FI is not as good as thatof Neiguan.
