摘要
介绍了超音速火焰喷涂技术的发展过程、喷枪结构及工作原理、涂层的应用、与其它喷涂方法的比较以及未来的发展方向。此外,还对超音速火焰喷涂涂层的性能穴如硬度、密度、结合强度、残余应力雪进行了简介。
The history , structure and operating principle of gun, application of coatings, trend of development of HVOF in future and comparison with other spraying methods are introduced in this paper, also properties of HVOF-deposited coatings, such as hardness, density, bond strength and residual stress.
