摘要
使用碳纤维作为铅酸蓄电池正极添加剂,对砂型膏和过渡型膏分别进行了研究,以自制的小型电池通过不同的电流恒流放电,考察碳纤维对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响.同时研究了在砂型膏中,碳纤维在正极活性物质中的最佳含量,以及使用碳纤维和硫酸钠作为复合正极添加剂时,硫酸钠在正极活性物质中的最佳含量.并对添加碳纤维的极板和没添加碳纤维的极板分别进行了交流阻抗的测试.实验结果表明:碳纤维的加入量为0.2%~0.3%(质量百分数)时,能提高电池正极活性物质利用率7%~15%;使用碳纤维含量为0.2%,硫酸钠含量为2.0%的复合添加剂时,比只添加碳纤维的电池活性物质利用率提高4%~7%.交流阻抗实验结果表明,碳纤维的加入能降低电池的内阻.
Carbon fiber was used as anode additive in sand type paste and transfer type paste.Its effect on lead paste was studies through constant current discharge at different current with self-made batteries. At the same time the best content of carbon fiber in sand type paste was studied. Carbon fiber and sodium sulfate was used as complex anode additive and the best content of sodium sulfate in positive active material was found. CV and EIS was used to study the plate that with carbon fiber and without carbon fiber. The results show that the utilization of anode active material can be increased by 7%~15% by adding 0.2%~0.3% carbon fiber. As for complex additive, when adding 0.2% carbon fiber and 2.0% sodium sulfate, the anode utilization is increased by 4%~7% than only adding carbon fiber. And carbon fiber additive decreases the inner impedance of batteries.
