摘要
我国的国有经济一度几乎垄断了所有的产业和部门 ,为经济增长做出了重大贡献。但随着计划经济向市场经济的转变 ,国有经济逐步丧失了优势 ,甚至成为改革和发展的桎梏。因此 ,国有经济改革一直是我国经济体制改革的重中之重。目前首先要解决的就是国有经济的产业分布问题 ,即国有经济应该分布在哪些产业 ,在这些产业中应具有怎样的规模 。
The state-owned economy once monopolized many industries in China. It has played an important role in economic growth. With the change from planned economy to market economy, the state-owned economy loses advantages and hinders the economy development. The reform of state-owned economy is one of emphasis in the reform of economy in China. Now the most important question is the industrial distribution of the state-owned economy.
