摘要
钢结构住宅以其自重轻、抗震性能好、施工进度快、易于产业化等特点，近年来发展迅速．文章对钢结构住宅的结构体系选择予以分析，可供设计参考应用．
Steel residential buildings are becoming more and more popular in the engineering field due to such good characteristics as light weight,good anti - seismic capacity,industrialized fabrication and quick construction.In this arti- cle,the author analyzes the steel residential building system,which can provide a reference for engineering application.
