馆藏数字化是一项完整的系统工程,在这一工程的诸要素中,环境要素是重要的前提条件。从了解其重要意义入手制定科学可行的总体方案,强化管理指挥,与相关部门密切合作,就会营造一个良好的大环境。
Construction of Libraries collections is an integrated system engineering with a lot of factors. The environment factor is an important condition . A better social environment can be expected on the basis of a scientific feasible general plan, strengthened management and the cooperation with the departments related.
