摘要
以哈尔滨为例,论述了在实施老工业基地改造振兴战略中,在推进企业改革、产业调整和经济发展的同时,还要重视城市空间的重构、城市功能的整合、历史遗产的保护、生态环境的建设以及城市文化的复兴和城市品牌的塑造营销等多方面的问题,实现传统城市的更新与复兴。
This paper demonstrates that renewalof traditional city is a significant issue which meansnot only the enterprises reform, industries regulationand economic rejuvenation but also the restructure ofspace, integration of functions, protection of historicheritage, conservation of ecological environment, re-naissance of city culture, marketing of city brand withHarbin as a case.
