摘要
以紫铜电脑散热片产品为研究对象 ,通过对平模、锥模、前置保护分流模和替代式保护分流模等 4种不同类型的模具进行结构和参数优化设计 ,利用热挤压一次成型的方法来进行紫铜电脑散热片实验 ,并用XL 3 0扫描电镜观察前置式保护分流模焊合室和铜型材焊合部位微观组织形貌。挤压结果表明 :平模、锥模和前置保护分流模成型质量较好 ,而替代式保护分流模挤压失败 ;紫铜焊合处没看到明显的焊缝 ,在焊合区得到较为致密的组织 ,与基体组织无明显差别 ,焊合状况较好 ;
Taking pure copper computer radiating heat product as researched object, hot extrusion processes with four types of special dies were tested. The results show that the extrusion quality of even die, cone die and pre protection die are better, but that of the replace die is worse. The welding quality of pure copper is better and the microstructure is compact through observing the welding microstructure characteristic with SEM. It is feasible to produce other pure copper product by hot extrusion process.
