摘要
共聚焦成像技术广泛应用于采集精细的荧光图像,在生物芯片技术领域,共聚焦成像技术用于生物芯片检测,能显著减少样本点以外光的收集率,明显降低背景噪声,增大信噪比。与CCD成像技术相比,共聚焦成像技术可以做到更大的数值孔径,具有更高的检测灵敏度。
Technique of conjugate focus imaging is used in the collection of fluorescence. In the biochip field,the technique is used in biochip detecting,which can reduce background noise and increase the signal-to-noise. Comparing with the CCD detecting technique,it has large NA and high resolution.
