摘要
本文阐述在食品加工车间的空调设计及安装中与普通空调和冷库的不同之处及相关应注意的事项 ,从制冷工艺。
This paper describes the difference in designing and installation between the ordinary air-conditioning system or cold-storage and air-conditioning system in food-processing workshops,and some issues to which has to be paid attention,from the aspects of refrigeration processing,ventilation and insulation.
