医院的发展和改革急需在已有的基础上寻求一个新的思路或视角。这种视角和思路能够客观而全面地把医疗行为和医学思想的传统、现实和未来作出历史的思考,能够把医院改革的经验与教训。
The consciousness of modern medical ethics is a comprehensive conceptionhaving substantial content, and integrates through a dynamic process with thehistorical and social progresses, the medical scientific and technological development,and the subsequent changes in people's understanding and ideas. As a concept and anattitude, furthermore as a guidance for behavioral judgment and choice, theconsciousness of modern medical ethics decides and guarantees the developmentaldirection of various jobs of hospitals. At present, the awareness of modern medicalethics should be strengthened and heightened in the following aspects: 1. adhere to theprinciple of putting patients' interests first and prioritizing the social benefits; adhere tothe principle of justness in medical services; 3. promote collective spirit.
