摘要
根据高校图书馆藏书发展的现状和问题,分析和阐述制定新的、具有自身特色的藏书发展政策的科学性、合理性,并总结提出其特点和要求。
In terms of the present collection of books in college library,the author puts forward to formulate a more scientific and reasonable collection policy.
