摘要
在提取液中加入3~5w/v%氯化钠、硫酸钠或硫酸铵能显著增加 LD601、D101型大孔吸附树脂对人参总皂甙的吸附速度及吸附容量,提取率可从未加盐的70%增至90%以上,所得皂甙质量保持不变。
The adsorption of ginsenosides on macroporous resins D101 orLD601 was greatly enhanced if 3~5w/v% of sodium chloride,sodium sulfate orammonium sulfate was added to the aqueous extracts from which ginsenosides areadsorbed.As a result,the average extraction rate of ginsenosides was increasedfrom about 70% to over 90% to obtain ginsenosides having the same qualities asthose of the original technique.
