摘要
以苯丙酸诺龙为内标、甲醇-水为流动相,以254nm 的紫外光检测,采用3种不同牌号的 ODS反相高效液相色谱柱测定丙酸睾酮含量,变异系数小于0.5%。用该法同时测定有关物质限度,结果满意。
Testosterone propionate was determined by reversed HPLC with ODS column,methanol-water(78:12)as mobile phase,nandrolone phenylpro-pionate as internal standard,254nm as detection wave length.The cv was below0.5%.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
