摘要
安乐死涉及病人生存的基本权利,人们对此褒贬不一,因此,一些国家制定出不同的基于本国情况的法规。不管法规的制约多严,但法院对实施安乐死医生的判决总是网开一面。
Euthania is the last medicial service for incurable patient being on the verge of his grave. it relates to the right of the patient,so many people, doctors,officials of the government and judges,who are over the world,hold their opinion on euthanasia and insist on it. The legal debate is gradually escalating. Euthanasia has been legislated in some countries. The legislations are very strict,but no doctor,who executed,euthanasia for patient,has been imprisoned.
