摘要 目的 观察继发性血色病患者皮肤超微变化和微细构造的元素组成。方法 应用透射电镜并结合X射线显微分析法。结果 真皮毛细血管内皮细胞、巨噬细胞中存在 5型高电子密度颗粒 ,其中都含有铁元素 ;皮肤色素沉着和非沉着部位均证实有含铁小体。结论 皮肤中含铁小体存在是提示体内铁负荷过多的一项有效指标 ,皮肤色素沉着和非沉着部位活检对诊断本病均有价值。 Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of skin and compositions of fine structures in the cytoplasm in the patients with secondary hemochromatosis.Methods Transmission electron microscope equipped with an X-ray microanalyzer was used.Results The electron-dense granules in endothelial cells of capillary and macrophages in dermis were classified into five types, and were confirmed to contain iron. The siderosomes were seen in both pigmented and non-pigmented skin.Conclusion Occurrence of siderosomes in skin may be a useful index suggesting the iron overload;it is valuable for establishing diagnosis to biopsy on either pigmented or non-pigmented skin.
