摘要
以氢过氧化枯烯作为引发剂、激发和促进培养人血管内皮细胞的脂质过氧化反应;并以硒、维生素E、超氧化物歧化酶作为抗氧化剂,测定细胞脂质过氧化物的含量与培养液中6-酮-前列腺素F_1α的含量。结果表明:氢过氧化枯烯能增加细胞的脂质过氧化物蓄积,并减少内皮细胞的前列环素合成,而各种抗氧化剂的添加,通过减少细胞的脂质过氧化物蓄积,可阻止其对内皮细胞前列环素合成的抑制作用。
In this study cultured human endothelial cells were treated with cumene hydroperoxide to stimulate and faciliate lipid peroxidation and the effect of lipid peroxide (LPO) and antioxidant selenium, vitamin E, superoxide dismutase (SOD) on production of PGI_2 were observed. The results showed that antioxidants could lower the LPO concentration increased by cumene hydroperoxide and increase the 6-keto-PGF_1α level.
