摘要
采用过氧甲酸原地法对端羟基聚丁二烯液体橡胶(HTPB)进行环氧化,通过过氧化氢消耗率、环氧值及开环几率详细讨论了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等因素对环氧化反应影响的规律。并对环氧化产物(E HTPB)的固化性能进行了研究,实验表明EHTPB用于环氧树脂改性时有较好的共混相容性,能显著提高环氧树脂固化物的柔韧性和耐热性。
Hydroxy terminal polybutadiene liquid rubber (HTPB) was epoxidized in-situ with performic acid.In this paper the effect of reaction temperature,time and feed proportion et al on epoxidation was gone into details with consumption of hydrogen peroxide,epoxide number and ring-opening reaction probability and the curing characteristics of the epoxidation product(EHTPB) was studied.The result showed EHTPB had better compatibility with epoxy resin in blending and the flexibility and heat resistance of blending thermoset were increased significantly by EHTPB.
