摘要
目的 :HP -ELSD法测定雷公藤甲素。方法 :alltech -CN色谱柱 (4 6× 5 0mm ,5 μm) :流动相 :甲醇 -水 (4 5∶5 5 ) ;流速 :0 6mL/min ;检测器漂移管温度 :95℃ ;气流速 :2 5L/min。结果 :雷公藤甲素在 0 1～ 1 5 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,加样回收率为 98 4 % (n =9)。结论 :该方法简便、准确 ,稳定性好 ,线性范围宽。
The content of Triptolide in Tripterygium Wilfordii was determined by HPLC-ELSD.Parameters were set as the follow : alltech-CN column ( 4.6×250mm , 5μm ) ; methanol-water ( 45:55 ) as the eluent , flow rate 0.6 mL/min ; inspector temperature 95℃ ; gas flow rate 2.5 L/min.results showed that Triptolide had good linear relation during 0.1-1.5μg , the recoveries of added constituents was 98.4% ( n=9 ).This method was convenient , correct , stable , wide in linearity range and suitable for determination of Triptolide content.
