摘要
作者用原子吸收光谱法测定,用拉丁方二组交叉葡萄糖酸钙片剂与口服液的血钙(Ca2+)浓度。片剂与口服液均为一室开放模型。片剂 Cmax8.574μg/ml,Tmax1.180h,AUC0~∞9.782mg/L·h-1,口服液 Cmax8.774μg/ml,Tmax1.079h,AUC0~∞11.03mg/L·h-1,以片剂为标准制剂,口服液的相对生物利用度为112.7%。结果表明作为补钙药剂口服液较片剂优良。
Atomic spectrometry was used to assay theplasma Ca^(2+) concentration after administration ofthe tablet and oral fluid of calcium gluconate.Thedistribution of Zn^(2+) is of'One CompartmentModel'.The parameters of the tablet are Cmax8.574μg/mg Tmax 1.1180h and AUC 9.782mg/L·h^(-1) are those of the oral fluid are Cmax8.774μg/ml,Tmax 1.079h and AUC 11.03mg/L·h^(-1).The relatively bioavailability of the oral flu-id is better than that of the tablet.
