摘要
目的讨论糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者的护理模式及其意义。 方法 对66例糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者的临床护理进行详细分析、总结。 结果重视糖尿病、脑梗塞护理的同时,也要重视对其它多种并发病如白内障、冠心病、肾病、皮肤感染、足坏疽等多种疾病的护理。本组患者治疗总有效率达89.4%。 结论 全面、多方位严紧的护理计划和严密实施,对糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者的康复是十分重要的。
Objective To observe the role of nursing care in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicating with cerebral infarction. Methods Special nursing care plan was carried out on 66 patients diabetes mellitus complicating with cerebral infarction, other complicated diseases, such as cataract, coronary heart disease, kidney disease, skin infection and pedal gangrene, were also included in the nursing care plan. Results The special nursing care is much helpful to the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicating with cerebral infarction. Their curing rate reaches 89. 4%. Conclusion General and special nursing care take an important role in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicating cerebral infarction.
