摘要
癸甲溴铵是一种新型的消毒药物,目前主要由国外进口。我校有机化学教研室探索了其合成路线,取得了满意结果。合成路线简式为;正癸醇(Ⅰ)→溴代正癸烷(Ⅱ)→二甲基癸胺(Ⅲ)→产品。为确保癸甲溴铵的质量,必须建立一种简单、快速。
The simutaneous separation of two intermediates and their impurities of deciquam was first achieved by capillary gas chromatography within 4 min under following conditions: column, PEG-20M 25 × 0.2 mm I.D. (160℃); detector, FID and nonyl alcohol as the internal standard. The regression equations of Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, were as follows: C=1.95×10^(-2)+0.979A, r=0. 9997; C=1.88×10^(-2)+1.363A, r=0.9997; C=7.07×10^(-3)+0.936A, r=0.9994. The recoveries of three compounds were in the range of 96.13% to 100.0% with coefficient variation less than 1.5%. The factors to affect the accuracy of quantitative analysis were discussed in detail. The method is simple, fast, accurate and suitable for the quality control of deciquam.
