摘要
白间素-2(IL-2)是一种有效的免疫调节剂。文献报道IL-2与环磷酰胺或5-氟脲嘧啶合并用药对小鼠实验性肿瘤有明显的治疗作用。关于IL-2的一般药理研究,尚未见国内外文献报道,本文报道IL-2对小鼠降低协调运动。
It was found that IL-2 did not effect on either lowering coordinative motion or establishing and extinguishing the conditioned reflex of escape in mice, and IL-2 did not potential on a subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital in mice. It displayed no blood pressure, heart rate, ECG, or rate and amplitude of respirating in anaesthetic rats.
