摘要
氟苯咪唑(Fludendazole)由Gelder于1969年合成,直到最近几年才受到各国重视,我国于1983年也合成了该化合物。该药经临床应用疗效显著,抗虫效力高。
Flubendazole is a new kind of broad-spectrum antiworm drug. Its data of mutation test have not been reported yet. It deals with the test of flubendazole on chromosome aberrations in the cultrue CHL cells. The results showed that under the circumstances of nonmetabolized activation, it is a strong positive mutagen, and its type of aberration is polyhaploid. Thus, it may be a sort of spondle poison.
