给出了散射近场测量理论近10年来国内外的最新研究成果,分析了散射近场测量理论的局限性,为未来的研究指出了方向.
This paper summarizes the newest reserch achievement of near-field scattering measurement theory at home and abroad after over ten years,and analyzes the limitation of near-field scattering measurement,and the future research trend is pointed out.
