摘要
心内膜心肌活检(EMB)的应用价值已为更多学者所肯定,但对其严重并发症的报道尚少。我们施行EMB 86例,其中左室60例,右室26例。本文就其严重并发症及潜在性危险加以分析,并强调必须慎重选择病例和完善设施及操作条件,以避免可能发生的严重后果。
Endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) of 86 patients, aged 15-57 yrs; was performed in this hospital since 1983; 60 patients were of left ventricular EMB and 26 patients of right ventricular. Selective coronary angiography of 13 patients and cardiac catheterization of 8 patients were also performed. Serious complications and potential danger of EMB were discussed. EMB cases must be carefully selected and facilities for emergency treatment must be provided so as to avoid serious consequences.
