摘要
为获得适用于评定老年患者抑郁症状的检查工具,本研究根据量表编制的理论和方法,编制了“老年抑郁评定量表”(DRSE),对116例非抑郁老年人和97例老年抑郁患者进行了测试,初步结果表明,DRSE 的信度和效度均满足量表编制的要求,并且粗略划分出老年患者不同抑郁程度 DRSE 值的分布范围。
Based on the theory and methedology in developing rating scale,a newdepression rating scale(DRSE)with 47 items self-designed specially for geriatricdepressive disorders in Chinese population was tested for it's reliability andvalidity.DRSE was administered to 116 normal and 97 depressed elderly.Of the 47questionnaires,30 questions were found to be highly correlated with the totalscores.The DRSE constituted with these selected 30 items had a good concurrentvalidity(r=0.88).Median correlation with total score(r=0.51,range=0.31-0.64),split-half reliability(r=0.88)and alpha coefficient(r=0.86)were all acceptable.Afactor analysis identified four factors accounting for 73.8% of the total variance.All subjects could be classified as normal,mildly or severely dePressed basedon the Clinical Global Depression rating scale.
