摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤后透明隔囊肿的形成及其治疗。方法分析20例颅脑损伤后透明隔囊舯的临床表现及治疗。结果根据临床征象及影像学检查,透明隔囊肿分为四种类型,手术治疗12例,保守治疗8例,效果满意。结论颅脑损伤后透明隔囊肿的临床表现与囊肿大小有关;治疗应根据不同类型采用不同的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the formation and treatment of septa pellucidum cyst following craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical feature and treatment of 20 cases of septa pellucidum cyst following craniocerebral injury were analysed. Results: There are 4 types of septa pellucidum cyst according to the clinical manifestations and the imaging data. 12 cases were treated with surgical operation, and 8 cases were treat with conservative therapy. The effects of treatment of all 20 cases are good. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of septa pellucidum cyst following craniocerebral injury are associated with the size of cyst. Different therapies should be chosen according to the types of cyst.
