鸡新城疫云南分离株HN基因序列测定和分析 被引量:2

摘要 用RT PCR法对分离自云南省的 2株鸡新城疫病毒 (编号YN C1、YN C2 )进行HN基因的扩增和克隆 ,并对其进行核苷酸序列测定和分析。结果表明 :2毒株HN基因开放性阅读框架 (ORF)均为 1716nt;二者之间的核苷酸同源性为 95 .3% ,氨基酸同源性为 95 .8% ;YN C1毒株与参考毒株GD/ 1/ 98/Go核苷酸、氨基酸同源性均最高 ,分别为 97.9%和 97.6 % ;YN C2毒株与参考毒株JS/ 5 / 0 1/Go核苷酸同源性最高为 98.5 % ,而与参考毒株JS/ 3/ 98/Go氨基酸同源性最高为 98.1%。 Virions RNA were abstracted from NDV strain YN-C1 and YN-C2 (isolated from chicken in Yunnan province) and used as templates.The fragment containing hemagglutinin-neuriminidase (HN) gene of the isolates were amplified by RT-PCR method and cloning sequenced.The results showed that:strain YN-C1 and YN-C2 all have 1 716 nt opening reading fragment (ORF) length;the two studied strains have 95.3% nucleotide and 95.8% amino acid homology;strain YN-C1 displays the highest nucleotide (97.9%) and amino acid (97.6%) homology with reference strain GD/1/98/Go;strain YN-C2 demonstrates highest nucleotide homology(98.5%) with strain JS/5/01/Go and highest amino acid homology(98.1%) with strain JS/3/98/Go.
