摘要 阐述了宝钢梅山冶金公司采矿厂井下铁路运输系统,采用西门子PLC进行的铁路信号联锁集中控制,利用PROFIBUS-DP 组成底层控制网络。软件设计采用模块化编程方式,通用性强,易于修改。利用WINCC组态模拟站场画面,操作界面简单明了,方 便易用。经过实践证明,该系统安全可靠,特别适用于冶金矿山新建和改造站场的需要,既方便于生产又提高了运输效率,同时节约 了设备投资。 This article describes the underground railway transportation system of Mei Shan Metallurgy-company, which adopted the PLC of SIMITIC to the center control in interlock. The bottom control network is made of the PROFIBUS-DP system. The design of the software adopts modules way, which makes the software modified and used easily. The menus of the real scenes are simulated with the SIMITIC WINCC software. The menus are simple and easy to use. The system proves safe and reliable through the practice. It is applied especially to the construction of the metallurgy mine and the reconstruction of station. It not only raises transport efficiency, but also saves the investment in the equipment.
