摘要
针对现行规范《高层建筑箱形与筏形基础技术规范》(JGJ6-99)及《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB5007-2002)计算超高层建筑时未考虑深基坑支护侧限作用的弊端,提出一种超高层建筑箱基沉降的新的计算方法。此方法考虑了深基坑的支护作用,将箱基沉降分为两部分计算:箱基底面以下和支护结构以上部分的土体,处于侧限压缩和挤压状态,支护结构以下部分的土体,处于竖向压缩状态,分别用压缩模量及变形模量进行了计算,并与青岛中银大厦实测数据进行了对比。结果表明,该方法是可行的,对修订规范具有借鉴意义。
This paper puts forward a new method to solve the abuse in 揟echnical Code for Tall Building Box Foundations and Raft Foundations攁nd 揅ode for Design of Building Foundation? which don磘 consider the effect of deep excavations in computing the settlement. The method considers excavation and divides the settlement into two parts: the subsoil under the box foundation and above the excavation is only vertically compressed and extruded, and the subsoil under the excavation is compressed. The calculation is done by modulus of compressibility and modulus of deformation respectively, and contrasted with the data in Qingdaozhongyindasha .The result indicates that the method is feasible and can be used for reference to revise codes.
