摘要
文章介绍了浙江省火电机组目前的能耗状况以及在节能工作中取得的成绩。详细阐述了火电厂所采用的主要技术改造措施 ,包括汽轮机通流部分改造、空气预热器改造、泵与风机的变频改造等 ,并给出了设备改造后的性能数据及相关评价。总结了目前火电厂所采用的切实有效的节能管理措施 :利用运行优化系统指导运行、辅机优化运行降低厂用电、加强热力系统的泄漏管理等。最后提出了一些有实际应用价值的火电厂节能新技术。
This paper introduces the energy consumption status of thermal power units in Zhejiang province and the progress in energy-saving.It expatiates the main methods of technical reconstruction,such as steam turbine reconstruction,air pre-heater reconstruction,variable frequency reconstruction in fans and pumps,and presents some performance evaluations of those equipment after reconstructed.This paper also summarizes some effective methods of energy-saving management,such as utilizing optimized system to diˉrect operation,reducing power consumption by adjusting the operation method in auxiliary equipment,and enhancing the leakage management in thermal system.Some new technologies which have applied value are submitted.
