摘要
为适应知识经济时代人才竞争的需要,必须全面推进素质教育.本文在深入认识素质教育的内涵,强化素质教育观念的基础上,提出应该注重培养学生的创新意识和团队精神.同时,通过校园文化建设提高学生的综合素质.
Meeting the need of talent competition in the era of knowledge-driven economy,we must advance all-round quality-oriented education in china.We must realize the essentiality of quality education,and strengthen the foundation for the idea of quality-oriented education,and must pay attention to training the student`s innovative consciousness and team spirit.Besides,we should improve the student`s comprehensive quality through the campus cultural construction.
