摘要
论述了Co系氧化物热电材料的结构特征和热电特性。阐述了提高热电材料热电特性的途径以及热电材料在温差发电和制冷方面的应用 ,提出了氧化物热电材料必将成为材料研究亮点的观点。
This paper discusses the structural and thermoelectric properties of cobalt oxides system thermoelectric materials, reviews the ways of how to improve thermoelectric performances. Application of thermoelectric materials on thermoelectric power generation and cooling is investigated. Oxides thermoelectric materials must be focused on because of its peculiar performances.
